The DELTA AIR International Aviation Academy (DAIAA) is proud to be among the select aviation schools that possess and manage their own hangar. The hangar spans an area of 525 square meters and is conveniently situated at 274 Barangay Lumang Bayan, Plaridel, Bulacan. This location is just an hour's drive from significant government institutions such as the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID). Additionally, the hangar serves as the Academy's campus where students receive comprehensive training that includes ground schooling, flight simulator exercises, and flight training.

The management of AMA has implemented a strategy to upgrade the facilities and equipment of DELTA AIR on a regular basis, as well as to add new aircraft and equipment. This aligns with the company's objective of becoming one of the largest aviation schools in the country, while maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of its operations and flight training.
Located in close proximity to the campus/hangar is a housing complex that accommodates both local and foreign students. The complex boasts 17 rooms and 35 beds, and provides essential amenities such as Wi-Fi connectivity. In addition, the facility offers a range of authentic Indian, Malay, and Indonesian cuisine to cater to the diverse international student population.
